Future Construction Group

I hired John Mooers Construction AKA Future Construction for an addition to my home, and I have to say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The project was delayed multiple times, and the final product was subpar at best. The workers were often unprofessional and seemed to have little experience or knowledge of the work they were doing. Additionally, the company failed to communicate effectively with me throughout the project, leaving me in the dark about progress and any issues that arose. To make matters worse, after the project was completed, we discovered MULTIPLE roof leaks that were caused by poor workmanship on a new roof. Overall, I would not recommend John Mooers Construction Company AKA Future Construction company to anyone and I would caution others to be wary of doing business with them.

John aka Joe (owner of Future) is a great salesmen. Sold us on his team and quality of work. Unfortunately, he was unable to execute the project to the "luxury home builder level". We were told we were getting a professional quality work and not "handyman" level. At the end of this job, a mechanics lien in, a few sub complaints of unpaid invoices ... its costing us more to complete the job.

We signed a contract with Joe Mooers/Future Construction to remodel our 9' x 8' bathroom in October of 2018. It's still not done and there have been problems all along the way. If I and/or my husband and not been at home to prevent a mishap or two, or to pick up items to speed things along, we would be waiting for more than just a set of cabinet doors at this time. We had high hopes, and most of the individual tradesmen were very good, when they finally got the job done, but here we are, 11 months later and still waiting for two little cabinet doors. I'm so disappointed. We were told that we were getting put off to send the tradesmen to bigger jobs. They were paid in full, our mistake, and now we are getting nowhere with finishing our small bathroom.

We are completely satisfied with Future Construction Group. They have built a master suite addition, and 3 remodeled bathrooms. The workmanship was great, on budget, Joe and crew are very easy to work with and very trustworthy. Wouldn’t have anyone else do work for us.

Joe and his team just finished adding a luxury theater in my house as well as remodeling the kitchen and two rooms. The completed project was unbelievable from the realistic starry ceiling in the theater to the detailed wall designs. I am more than satisfied with the outcome as well as the process to get there. They were able to work with my ideas and finish in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use Future Construction for any upcoming projects.

Joe and team are the absolute best. JJMC was referred to me after a fire in my home destroyed everything. I did not know where to turn, the insurance company was giving me challenges, and I was dealilng with my dad dying. So much at one time. In my first meeting with Joe, I knew his team was for me. They immediately began working with the insurance companies. They were responsive, attentative, professional and just kind. Even as my OCD came into play close to the end of the project, Joe and his team maintained. I love my remodeled home. Thank you guys. You will forever be the team that I will refer.

Grace Harbor Church and School recently contracted with John J. Mooers Construction for a painting and construction project. We were extremely well pleased with the attitude of Joe and his team, and with the professionalism of the work performed. Joe repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of unexpected issues which arose during the project. He was very flexible with his time, adjusting to our changing schedules without complaint, and getting the job done ahead of our expectations. Joe also referred us to other professionals for our roofing and parking lot projects, and we had good experiences with them as well. Joe's attitude during the entire project was "just tell me what you need, and I'll take care of it". Needless to say, we could not be happier with Joe and his crew, and we would absolutely not hesitate to contract with them for any future projects. We would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Alvarado Co. would use this contractor over and over again. He was prompt, professional, patient when we were making decisions and tolerant for the temper of our officers.

His work was exceptionally good and clean. He obtained all permits and construction was done up to code with no "hazels".

Most of all, his prices are reasonable he works with your budget.

Last but not least, he always returns phone calls...

John Mooers Construction just finished a complete master bathroom remodel and did a great job. They suggested some changes to what we thought was a good plan to make it something spectacular. They were very organized, progressed according to plan and kept the workplace as clean as possible. The price was very competitive and the work is superb! They really paid attention to detail and were pleasant to work with. We have already recommended them and will continue to do so. The countdown to the kitchen remodel is on and they will be our first call!! Thanks!!!

John Mooers Construction did a Kitchen & Hallway overhead lighting remodel in our home. We are very pleased with the outcome. The remodel was done quickly. Great attention was given towards maintaining the cleanliness of the job site. Their cooperative working relationship enabled us to modify the design to our satisfaction as the job progressed. We highly recommend John Mooers Construction and have scheduled them for additional renovations to our home in 2013.

I have used John Mooers Construction for various projects since the early 1990's. These ranged from total kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom remodels, to complete garage and second story additions to homes. Joe Mooers not only executes what you desire and he promises, but takes the time to suggest improvements to already submitted architectural plans. He also helps the homeowner choose where to look for needed appliances and furnishings to complement the construction. I have recommended this company to both individuals, and business', and have received only positive feedback!

I have been working with John Mooers Construction for over a year, they are my current contractor's overseeing 2 of my properties. Their knowledge and skill surpass everyone I have worked with in the past. The companies relationships with various city's are valuable to anyone starting property projects, its just makes everything go so much smoother....and that's not always so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Joe and his staff provided plans for a mixed-use storage building that was 3x the size building allowed on my lot. With his creative design and use of various architectural details; along with his trained staff he was able to have a 6-0 Planning Commission approval upon first sumittal along with a zoning amendment for my lot to allow the new 5 story structure.
