I purchased a home that needed the septic tank replaced at seller's expense. 2 weeks later, I'm ready to move in but my backyard is not. The gorgeous backyard, the focal point of the property is RUINED from the septic service provided. The leach (sp) access stands approximately 12-16 inches above the ground. The tank is plastic, so I'm told the huge two green access tank lids need to be at or above ground and no dirt can go on top of it. My gardener said he's appalled at the finished product and he's sorry he can't do anything for me to correct the MOUND of dirt that was once the yard. I spoke with the company and Joe said it is exactly as it's supposed to be. Wish i could attach pictures. I've owned several homes and have NEVER received a septic tank that sits next to my patio with green manhole size access covers viewable AND not able to cover. A tree in ba kyard was also run over and left for me tofind someone to do tree removal. A sprinkler pipe was broken near the tank that i had to pay for repair. Shame on the sellers for choosing the company and a plastic cheap arsenal tank, and shame on JD services for not cleaning their mess. I won'the recommend.

Joe Dahl is a fantastic contractor. In 2015 I had a flash flood come through bring a lot of mud. He built a new berm to protect my barn and house and extended an existing berm. He quoted me a price and came in under it. He really took excellent care of my property and made it safe again.
