One of the things I am particular about is communication. When Jimmy says he will call he does. Jimmy is very punctual and when he says he will be there at a certain time - he is right on time everytime - no waiting or resheduling of my schedule needed - he is respectful of your time. When you discuss the work to be done with Jimmy he gives it careful thought - he presents alternatives that I did not think of insuring the job is just as I want it. What about his personality? Jimmy is very friendly and is attentive to your every need. He is respectful of his clients and their home.
