    This review is long overdue. Back in January 2014, Dave Kelly and his team were instrumental in taking over my project. Working with the City of Los Angeles, Dave Kelly was able to correct the code violations created from my former contractor. I cannot express how satisfied I am with David Kelly and Associates. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. We had spent thousands of dollars with our architect in order to obtain clearances from the city, only to find out that our problems were not addressed. We found Dave through a contact within the city inspection department, and it turned out to be our saving grace. Dave's expertise in navigating through all of our issues was a life-saver. He was able to repair and clear all the code violations and obtain our clearance in order to open up our business! I will refer Dave to any business I can."
