Ken is a sharp, conscientious, and meticulous contractor. He took all factors into consideration (age of unit, length of piping/venting, source of unit, etc.) and quickly gave us an estimate as to what it would cost to repair our unit and how long it would take. By the time it was done, he'd come in under budget, took less time, and gave us a discount for the unused time! Who does that anymore? Ken's one of the best vendors we've ever used, and you can't go wrong hiring him. Let's hope his own kids take over for him when he retires! They don't make good men like this much anymore.

I had a horrible experience working with Ken's heating and AC. Ken refused to honor his 1 year service warranty on an AC install after I purchased a new house where he had installed the AC unit less than one year before. He initially ignored my attempts to contact. When I eventually talked to him over email he immediately made excuses for why this wasn't his problem, without even inspecting the unit. He finally agreed to come and take a look but then did not show up for the appointment. My subsequent attempts to follow up just led to more excuses from Ken about why he couldn't come and take a look. I was more than patient and gave him every opportunity to make the situation right. The system needed around $1200 in repairs that should have been covered 100% under warranty. Avoid Ken at all costs!
