I had a totally positive experience with LC Construction. They came and gave me a quote as did two other companies. LC was the lowest bidder and I chose to go with them. They showed up when they said they would, were respectful to me and my property while working here, and finished the work when they said they would. I was getting the work subsidized by a program called Earthquake Brace & Bolt so before and after pictures were required. The work was passed and payment was made. All very easy. I recommended them to a friend of mine in the neighborhood who had a similar very positive experience.
