The Homeowner Manual is a great tool to keep you organized and to help you with the decision making process of selecting materials for your home. The goal of this Pre-Construction process is to clearly define the full scope of your project. Only then can we (or any builder for that matter) accurately create a budget to build your dream home.

    Full remodel

    Todd remodeled our home in 2014 after a septic issue. We hired him again in 2020 to remodel the second floor of our 1993 home. Todd provides great insight and focuses on quality throughout the process. Mary was so helpful in helping us choose the appropriate interior choices within our budget. We would highly recommend Lockie Homes.

    My wife and I hired Mary and Lockie Homes to make our kitchen remodel dream a reality. Mary's professionalism from start to finish made what probably should have been a stressful process, a complete breeze. Her knowledge of the best places and services to use, coupled with her amazing taste in décor, made our experience incredibly smooth. If that wasn't enough, the project itself was done quick and efficiently, again thanks to not only her experience, but her crew's skill as well. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend Lockie Homes.
