Mike and Missy make all those troublesome jobs you have to do around the house a pleasure. They are organized, efficient, on time, honest, neat and wonderful to do business with. Mike painted the entire interior of my home, did a bunch of miscellaneous jobs around the house. He was very neat--moving furniture and returning it to its original position at the end of the day, making living in the house while he was working as painless as possible. The work was precise and he was incredibly easy to deal with. I felt that finding Mike and Missy was a cosmic gift!!! You will be glad you found them too!!!

Would definately recommend this contractor as he took the time to visit job site to come up with an estimate. Arrived on time that was specified for work and left job in a neat manner and completely finished in the allotted time

Mike painted a ceiling for us which was in really bad shape. He prepared and painted it and did a great job. I can't believe it's the same ceiling. He is very professional, trustworthy and friendly. I plan on having him do some more work for us in the near future. I would and did recommend him to my neighbors who I know will use Mike and be very satisfied otherwise I wouldn't have recommended Mike. Great job Mike, happy customers

We hired M&M's HandyPerson, and Mike came out to take a look and gave us an estimate. He and his team built a very big front porch deck, and they were very professional.
They are EXCELLENT! We are very happy with our new front porch deck. We would hire them again if they haven't moved to Florida. If anyone need new deck or porch, they are the one I would call!

We contacted Mike to do a few maintenance projects in our home. His service is excellent. He was always there when he said he will be and the work was always completed quickly. Very sad that we do not have him to call on anymore. Great service at a great price.

This is a personal account regarding the quality of performance of Mike and Melissa Ordiway and their M&M’s Handyperson, LLC services.
Mike and Melissa were contracted to paint our house in Lexington Park, MD, as one of their first company contracts. The quality and performance was commendable. I attribute their work to an attitude and sense of ethic that demands exceptional results in their every contract.
Imagine your house in need of re-furbishing, painting, or upgrading of comfort systems. You may envision the results that you expect. Those visions are shared by Mike and “Missy”. With consultation and mutual expectations agreed to, the Handyman response is, “We get it!” And, then their quick follow-on is, “Let’s get to work”. …Expectations met to the smallest detail. …Performance in the time consistent with their high performance ethic. …Work performed on agreed-to schedule. …and satisfaction guaranteed. What more needs to be said short of actually “seeing for one’s self”, a project of your very own.

Mike and Missy are a great duo. Always professional and dependable. They have done several spur of the moment and emergency jobs for my condo. I wasn't always available to meet Mike there but he was always trustworthy enough for me to leave a key and he would get in and out job done. Mike and Missy always gave me pricing options for jobs I needed done. They will be missed.

M & M Handyperson has done work for me for a couple years and it was great to have someone that always was on time, did the job right the first time and a total pleasure to work with. My only regret is that they moved before all of the work I had could be finished.

I first heard about M&M from my realtor who also owns rental properties--she has a wide network of information about people in the area. Once again she did not lead me astray--M&M Handyperson does a great job on a wide variety of projects. Mike has done roof repair, trash hauling, pressure washing, landscaping, flooring, and bathroom repair at my house. He is honest and knowledgeable--he will always give you multiple options for the job and let you decide what's in your budget. Missy is great to talk to on the phone when handling scheduling, quotes, etc. I recommended M&M to multiple friends and they all had similar experiences. We got so used to making a "to-do" list of things that we wanted Mike to get around to eventually--we were very sad to hear that they were moving to Florida. Our loss is definitely Florida's gain--you won't find a better handyperson in Port Charlotte!

M&M has been available and easy to work with anytime we needed them. We have had a few plumbing problems and they have always been available on last minute projects..Such as a leaking sink. They also installed a new toilet in our remodeled bathroom where they had to disconnect the old and run all new pipes to the new location...they had it done fast and it looked great. I would recommend M&M to everyone and anyone with a job that needs to be done whether big or small. Now I just have to find someone in Southern Maryland who was just as GREAT to takeover any new projects that may come along.

We hired M & M Handyperson to finish the basement of our son's house and to build a bedroom and bathroom for our grandson. He and his partner did an excellent job. We then asked them to do some finishing work in our newly built 4 car garage. Again they met our expectations.
We have a handicapped son who lives in a group home that we built and lease to United Cerebral Palsy. The dry wall in the bathrooms was deteriating. Mike installed exhaust fans in the ceilings, rewiring so that only one switch was needed to turn on/off the light and the fan, elimiating confusion for the group home client.
We miss Mike very much and if he were here, we would keep him very busy.
We can assure anyone that hires Mike Ordiway to do a job.......that he will show up when expected and he will get that job done.

I started using M&M Handypersons on a recommendation from a close personnel friend. Definatly one of the best recommendations I have ever received. Mikes does top notch work and is reasonably priced. M&M has repaired storm damage to the interrior of my house, repaired and re-shingled my roof, installed an oddsized front and screen doors to name a few of the many jobs they have done for us. Above all they are hihgly professional, trustworthy and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Started using M&M Handypersons many years ago when I got one of their flyers. We started using them for the small jobs around the house and now I call them when I need work done around the house. The response time has really been great for repairs I need right away and Mike has always been responsive about getting me a quote and getting started on the bigger jobs.
To this day many years later I still have their flyer hanging on my fridge, They are are the folks I will continue to call.

I first learned of M&M Handypersons in 2009 when I saw their add in the local newspaper. I was having difficulty finding someone to lay landscape blocks around 3 large flower beds at a resonable cost. I called M&M and Mike was very prompt in coming out to give me a free estimate. We discussed the project and he offered suggestions. We agreed that I would purchase the Chiselwall Stone blocks and he would supply the labor. His estimate was very reasonable. Mike and his helper arrived on the job on the date and time he said and worked hard in the hot sun for several days to complete the job. I was very impressed with the job and got a lot of compliments from people that drove by. He did such a wonderful job on the 3 beds that I called him back a month later to lay the same block around 5 trees. When he was done my landscaping looked beautiful. A year later I decided the inside of my carport needed a row of the same blocks to prevent my mulch from the flower beds from washing in. Again, Mike was prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate and he did a great job. I highly recommend M&M Handyperson. Mike and Missy were always pleasant and professional. I wish them all the best in Florida.

We hired M&M Handypersons to paint our living room and kitchen last year. They have to be the neatest painters around. The painting was done in a timely manner and absolutely no mess. We also had them do deck repair and power washing. We are sad to see them relocate to Florida. It will be hard to replace them. I highly recommend them to do any job.

We have used M&M handypersons on several different occasions. Always been very pleased with the results. We have an older home and it is difficult at best to work on things like replacing doors and windows, but its never been a problem for Mike. He does a great job and makes it look easy. Always does the work very professional, and in a timely manor. We have had to have emergency repairs done on our home, and M&M's made the repairs working us in to there schedule, which we were not on at the time. I would recommend M&M's handyperson again to any of our friends, and that's not something we do casualy. I will miss having them to call on for our repairs and I know it will be great for Florida that they have Mike and Missy, for there not just a great company, they are terrific people that you can count on. Fair prices and fantastic quality of work and all around nice people to deal with. You can't go wrong using M&M's Handypersons,they get a thumbs up from us.

M&Ms Handyperson has done two separate jobs for us that I am pleased to post. The first job was framing out a new master bath to custom fit a double vanity. The next job was to retrofit a bay window in my living room. The old window had to be torn out, rotten wood replaced, and Mike had to be patient while we ran to the store for unexpected materials.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. No job is too small for M&Ms.

I have been Secretary/Treasurer of the Beechwood Condo since July of 2009 and Vice President before that. M & M’s Handyperson, LLC has been providing excellent handyman services to us for several years. We have a 300 foot long, brick 3-story building of 36 units. M & M’s cleans and repairs our gutters and downspouts; they powerwash and seal our concrete walkways; they take care of our soffit lights; they have done repairs on brick work, an asphalt patch in the parking lot, and the stairway railings; and (personally) they finished and installed a new bedroom door in one of my units.

M & M’s (Mike and Missy) is dependable, professional, talented, intelligent, prompt, pleasant, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. It is our loss that they are re-locating to Florida. They have served a few of the other condos in our area, have a great reputation, and will be missed by us all.

We have had M&M do numerous jobs on our home and rental properties; some of these jobs included, painting, replacement of door/window casings, landscaping, commercial pressure washing, shutter placement, roofing, vinyl siding repair. M & M’s HandyPerson built a 12’ by 20’ closed in patio attached to our home. M & M’s
HandyPerson built the patio without benefit of a blueprint and met our expectations. M & M’s
HandyPerson listened to what we wanted and asked questions to make sure the patio met our
specifications. The cost for building the patio was reasonable. The patio quality is visible by
the results seen. Workmanship of the patio is clear since we are using the patio for the last five
years. We expect the patio to last for many more years. M & M’s HandyPerson does more than
satisfactory work and M & M’s HandyPerson is a trustworthy contractor.

M & M’s HandyPerson also built a 4’ by 6’ outhouse for storing exterior decorations. M &
M’s HandyPerson built the outhouse following our specifications using a picture of a smaller
outhouse as the only guide. M & M’s HandyPerson built the outhouse firm and rugged and the
outhouse will last for many years.

M & M’s HandyPerson made some repairs to our roof caused by squirrels and installed
protective wire for protection. The roof has a steep incline making the job challenging to gain
access. M & M’s HandyPerson solved our problem and we recommend M & M’s HandyPerson
for any service they provide.

I called M & M after reading a flyer I had received. It was the best decision in regards to contacting a "handy man" I have done since moving to SO MD in 1996. They have been doing inside and outside work on my home here and in FL for the past year. The work performed has been outstanding and finished when they said it would be and with very high workmanship. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor is something that is very to hard to find and was very welcoming. I gave them access to my house in FL and and here in MD without me or my family being there. They have two attributes that just about sums it up, honesty and exemplary workmanship in every aspect of their business.

I have used their services on just a few items so far and have been extremely impressed with with the pricing and the quality of the work, not to mention how pleasant it is to deal with them. I am in the military, and needed the services of M&M Handypersons to help me with some issues I had with my house in Maryland. First was a job requiring repainting the master bathroom. I had started it before I left on deployment, however there was some problems with the new paint not sticking to the walls in certain areas. I had my wife contact M&M for an estimate, and they were very reasonable. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The next time we need their services was with troubleshooting a dishwasher that was malfunctioning. Within no time, they determined that a pump was bad and needed replacement. They have my full confidence, and if I was living once again near them, I would not hesitate to hire them for all my handyman needs.

I have used M&M over many years for both personal work and professional. From miscellaneous handyman work to larger jobs in both my personal home and my rental property. I am a Property Manager for three different Home Owners Assnocations. I have used M&M Handyperson on several occasions from repairing brickwork to roof repairs. They have always been timely, affordable, great to work with. I am devastated that they have moved to Florida. It will take several companies to replace M&M because they do it all.

I have had M&M do three separate jobs for me and have been 100% satisfied with the final results. The first was a barn rebuild which included replacing rotten frame structure, replacing the siding and tin roof. The second one was a roof repair and door rebuild and re-hanging. The third job was a complete building overhaul to include replacing rotten under sheathing, installing new vinyl siding, new doors, new windows, new porches, and painting the existing tin roof.
I provided Mike the keys to our house and trusted him to ensure that nothing was removed nor borrowed during the work. I would hire them for any future work that I need done without a second thought.
