We hired Mark Davis several years ago to add on an addition to our home which included a Double Car Garage and Upper Living Quarters. We were very pleased with his workmanship and yes we would recommend this builder.

I have contacted Mark Davis for a job and is going to hire him to fix the twisted girder in our craw space. He sounds know what he is doing.

Mark did the roof on my house in Ranchlands about 6 years ago. Of the 10 roofers that were contacted, he was one of the 3 that actually showed up to give an estimate. Of those 3, he was the only one that actually brought a ladder to "walk the roof" to give a proper estimate. Of the 3 estimates, his was mid-priced. His attention to detail was second to none. He fixed issues that weren't even roof related. (Crooked plumbing vent) only because it bothered him to see something out of place on the beautiful roofing job he and his team did. He replaced rotted wood in only the sections that were rotted to save money. He had to create custom flashing for skylights that were of unconventional size. I don't have the time or space here to type up enough good things about Mark W Davis. Hire him. You won't be sorry.
