This project involved demolition of tile floors, tile backsplash, & tile countertops. We were not replacing the cabinets but did have two additional cabinets constructed, one of which was a wine rack. The existing cabinets were to be lacquered white over oak. We did not replace appliances but did install a new sink and he performed additional electrical work, i.e., lighting, outlets, etc. After discussing the scope of the job he promptly provided me with an estimate. We agreed upon the cost and the payment schedule and the work commenced as planned. He provided some ideas with issues I had not even thought of, but not for the purpose of increasing costs. He was meticulous and prompt. He was here every day when scheduled and left the house "broom clean" at end of each day's work. Jose Luis is a talented artisan who takes great pride in his work. He completed the job in the time frame given and on budget. I recommend him without reservation.

I can without hesitation say that what Jorge brings to 777 Plumbing is a craftsman with master skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. The first time we met Jorge was after another major plumbing contractor in Marin sent a young technician to look at our leaky toilet. First, he told us that our toilet was out of date and that the parts were no longer available. He insisted a new toilet was the only route. I wanted a second opinion. Jorge Sanchez came out and said that our particular model--a Kohler LowBoy was absolutely worth saving. He mixed and matched some parts and had our toilet running like a top. And it still does. He came out when our Jado shower faucets and diverter seemed seized up with calcification to the point you neede 2 hands to turn a faucet. I was pretty sure we were due for a new shower set. Jorge said, no. He asked to take the parts home for the weekend so he could clean and soak them. On Monday we had a smooth running shower. Instead of $1500 for new stuff, Jorge made it right for the cost of his visit. I don't think he charged for taking the stuff home. When our expensive Grohe sink sprayer seemed beyond repair--and leaking under the sink, Jorge saved me a bundle by asking if I'd want to go get the spring and then showing me how to thread it into the sprayer. New sprayer and I learned something for a very low price. Jorge is clean, punctual, polite, and serious about his craft. He won't enter your house without putting his cover booties on. You won't ever have a mess to clean up. This isn't a planted ad and I'm not Jorge's brother in law. I'm a retired cop who knows when he's got a real pro in his corner who's fair and honest. I think he's worth the five stars and he sure has our thanks. R. Rogers (SFPD) Retired

I had what I thought was an "emergency" and after talking with Robert and explaining my problem, he told me I could wait until the next day, which saved me $200 because that's what it would have cost for him to come right then!!! We made an appointment for the next day and not only did he call to confirm, he was able to come earlier, which was such a plus because I had to turn the water off to the entire house until my problem was fixed! Robert is one of the nicest, knowledgeable plumbers I have ever had the pleasure doing business with, pleasure being the operative word because as we all know, plumbing issues are anything but pleasurable!! I will ONLY use Quesada Plumbing and Drain in the future and will tell all my friends that if they want a great experience and a job that is perfectly done, Quesada is the only call they will have to make!!! THANK YOU ROBERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
