    We did not actually hire Mike Furr Construction for this studio, but I just wanted to say….They built one of the most high end recording studios in Flagstaff Az. I was there watching my hub practice, and playing. The studio really was impressive. I was told Mike designed the studio sound construction, and all the details were mostly his doing.

    Professional audio people from the valley assisted with design suggestions for the best of recording and this is how sound (should sound!!!) The floating sound rooms, sound doors, control room, isolation rooms are perfect for recording. I can’t say where this is because it is a private studio. I would call Mike if you were interested in hiring a knowledgeable professional in the construction world of Flagstaff. I understand this was there second recording studio they built. There is even a second floor in this building that overlooks the main floor where the music is created.

    It’s too bad this is not a public studio. It rivals what NAU has for recording. Anyway I just wanted to offer my high-5 to this contractor and his talented crew. I understand one of his carpenters is also a musician. Give Mr. Furr and his team a try, the owner loves the studio and she has high regards for Mike Furr’s design prowess, and how easy they were to work with. I don’t think there is a category for recording studios, but there should be. I was searching for Home Theaters when I came across Mike’s page. So I just had to five him my (5) stars. I wish to remain somewhat anonymous, because the owner of the studio is very private as well.

    Over the years, Mike and his great crew have performed many projects at my home. From extending my dick, to remodeling my kitchen, and bath. And recently we added a second floor to my home. Mike and his crew performed very well, kept the home very neat and organized, and Mike and his foreman Ray, were always there to answer any questions. they even went out of their way to contact my neighbors to let them know about occasional noise next door. That was pretty nice. I wasn't sure if the addition was going to upset my neighbors. Mike kept everyone on track and everyone happy. They do the most beautiful work. I plan to use them again.
