We had 13 windows replaced in our 1960's ranch home. Ken was timely, detail oriented, and super friendly throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient while I tried to figure out which windows we would select for our house. He made himself available for questions, requested multiple quotes for us at various places, shared his knowledge, and supported our window selection. When it came time to do the actual installation of our windows, the big key is his ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Ken did a wonderful job tearing out our old windows, installing the new, adding foam, caulking, and wrapping our window trim with coil. He was thorough during the entire job. We are super happy with how the windows look and the details that Ken put into our job. In the end, we would use him again, and would highly recommend Ken to install replacement windows for others.
