We have hired Ken Neuhoff for two major remodel projects, in 2011 a new kitchen, dining room, and mudroom including bumping out a wall to take over space from an unused porch, and most recently a 600 square foot addition with a bonus room, replacing two cramped, dated bathrooms with new ones, walk in master closet, office nook, utility closet with water filtration, and new roof and HVAC for the whole house. This latest project came in slightly under budget even with change orders, and despite numerous unavoidable delays, only a week off the schedule he gave us at the beginning. The previous project went similarly well - on schedule and on budget. Ken is very up front, honest, and transparent about everything, and goes out of his way to take care of any issues or problems. The work is quality and blends very well with the existing architecture of the house - many people have commented that the addition looks like it was always there. No hesitation to recommend Neuhoff Custom Builders.
