They put new roofing on our house May 5, 2012. This contractor did not properly apply the flashing to the 2 skylights. They both leaked badly during our first big rainstorm in June. It caused damage to the kitchen ceiling and much more damage to the bathroom ceiling, including the drywall and taping. They sent someone over to apply lots of tar to the skylights, and that did stop the leaks. However, to this day, Oct. 11, I am still waiting for them to repair the ceilings. My calls to them are not returned, so, evidently they think all is well. I have reported them to their HQ in Denver but little has been done there. I have not been helped by the Denver BBB. I would like to see this company put out of business in Colorado Springs, and am furnishing all written material to you right away.
