I had Pedro install a hot water recirculation line in my house and he said it was good to go. I paid him $1160 and the next morning I noticed we can't take 2 showers at one time. My hot water then stopped working. He came over and looked at it, said he would be there the next day at 10a and never returned. I now how no choice but to take him to court and hire a real plumber to fix he hack job. I would not recommend Pedro Escamilla.

Hi hired Pedro for the job listed above at 6901 E 6th Ave in Denver in January 2016 from the Thumbtack referral website. The 1st day on the job he ordered the wrong parts, made me go get these parts, when asked what the right parts were he refused to answer the question unless we paid him additional money! When we of course refused, he pulled the permist off the windo and left the property after 3 hours of work and accomplishing nothing at all. We terminated him and the next day he entered the property illegally, stole the $440 in parts I purchased myself, as well as 2 new tools I had in the garage. I filed a theft report, number 2016-54608. The next day the police escorted him back to the property where he returned some of these stolen materials, I have pictures documenting the incident. On his way out he then stole 2 new drills I just bought, verified by my contractor. I then filed an additional theft report. I left him negative feedback on Thumbtack's website, whereupon he began posting false feedback against myself and my company on various sites as if he had hired me and I worked without permits and did illegal work, alll lies. I have had them removed as unverified. Seth with Thumbtack will verify my horrible experience and their integrity team nullified his complaints & claims against me. He even admitted walking off the job in his feedback response, as well as stealing the materials claiming he made an error thinking they were his! This guy is an outright liar and a thief, not to mention utterly incompetent as a plumber and a moron as a professional. RUN!
