Their entire team is local, homegrown, and they will not price gouge you! Do your research, then build wiith Pillar Development. Their pricing on builds is transparent, comprehensive, fair and honest...and they genuinely love building homes and saving you money when possible. We can't say enough good things about Tony and Spiro. Other builders hide costs, charge outrageous change fees, and even ask you for money up front as a "pre-paid builders credit". BEWARE OF THESE BUILDERS. Pillar charges a flat fee for their build...you know exactly what you're getting, you know that they aren't getting kickbacks by overcharging you for materials (and pocketing the contractor's discount while charging you retail) and you have the peace of mind of working with honest, genuine people. They are the best.
