Had a horrible experience with this contractor. Signed a contract to put a small cabin under roof and complete rough in plumbing and electric in February of 2019. Project by his estimates should have taken six months. 21 months later it’s still not completed, materials we paid for have not been delivered, we have spent thousands of dollars re-doing some of the work he did do and he is refusing to return calls, text messages or certified letters. He is dishonest and a will take your money and run. Getting ready to seek legal counsel now to see how to proceed with recouping our losses. A word to the wise, if you contact a contractor and they don’t have a wait list.... run.
