I would like to give an update to my previous review of this company that I rated as a poor. After reaching out to me concerning my review and displeasure with their service, this company went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Not only did I receive a complete refund, the work was redone at no cost and to complete satisfaction. Unlike other companies that act used inconvenienced by the complaint, this company was completely apologetic and committed to maintain their reputation as a Veteran Owned and Operated business that puts its' customers needs first. I apologize for the late submission of this update, but I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an honest company that will go above and beyond to insure the job is done right.

I would give Terrance Jackson zero stars if I could. "Terrible" does not begin to cover our experience with him. He has no sense of time management or budgeting, uses the most unprofessional and unqualified subcontractors, and has no desire to communicate with his clients. Everything we have had him work on has been left uncompleted or sloppy. Nothing was done right the first time, costing additional time and money, and when he is needed on-the-job, he is nowhere to be found. He will be lucky if he doesn't end up in court.

I am sure that you will be as pleased as I am with the professionalism, pride in workmanship and attention to detail shown by Terrance Jackson and his contractors. I market REO properties for several investors and they have been so pleased with the service and cooperation that they request "Pinnnacle Development" for everything from minor repairs to full property renovation projects. I will be happy to share specific before and after pictures upon request. Eugenia Jackson, Rose and Womble Realty, Residential Resale and REO Specialist.

Great contractor! Prompt, courteous and most of all honest. Recommends what is right for the job, not what is right for the contractor. Highly recommend.

I've worked with Pinnacle Development Group LLC (Terrance Jackson) for a few years. I list a number of REO properties and there have been times when the bank requested a rehab/remodel prior to listing the property for sale. Each time Pinnacle has done the job, the property did not stay on the market very long! He is very meticulous with his work. I've personally used him and referred him to friends, family members, as well as other clients. All of them have nothing but positive feedback about him and have actually referred them to their friends. I can appreciate the working relationship because he has been above board, honest and fair in his dealings. This speaks volumes for me because I've worked with other contractors in the past who have done subpar work and were not always honest. I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle Development Group LLC to anyone seeking the services of a contractor.

This seems like a very lengthy review; but, we worked with Terrance for a long time and a lot happened in that time. I've tried to capture it as best I can here.
As others have stated, the man has no sense of accountability, time management, or empathy. He will leave you stranded in a hotel for days with no apologies and only promises to make the cost up to you in "work or something." More than once all work halted until I was finally able to get him on the phone and remind him that he wasn't done at my house. He goes months at a time without showing up to check any of the "completed" work his guys said they did. His "master electrician" showed up high resulting in faulty work that I had to redo myself. On more than one occasion I had guys showing up at my house who asked me what they were there to work on. When I would show them the myriad list of things we'd hired Terrance to do they would be on the phone with him (if they could ever get him on the phone) trying to figure out what of it applied to them.
If I had to categorize the work I'd have to say "sloppy but passable" is the best description of what you can expect. Our shower does have tile in it, even if they clearly didn't know how to cut glass tile or do grout. After the second time it was installed, the shower floor drains properly; even if the tile they laid is now facing the wrong direction compared to the tile they did the first time. The LVT we did in the whole house is mostly level and most of the damage the workers did to it after it was installed has been repaired. The whole house was painted with very few spots missed on the first pass, even if it wasn't painted the color we asked for. Our brand new HVAC system now works great after dealing with no A/C in the house for three days after we moved in. All of the drywall damages caused by the improperly installed air handler drain pan are fixed now.
We're coming up on the year mark of what I was told was a 3-4 month project now. I guess it's done because I haven't heard from him or seen anyone at the house in close to two months. I never did get a replacement on that $2,000 refrigerator his guys threw away by mistake.
