PLDB Outdoor Living Landscape Contractor
Poteracke Landscape Design & Build is owned and operated by Josh Poteracke, a native of Sonoma County and a current resident of Penngrove, Ca. A University of California Davis alumni, originally studied landscape architecture and furthered his academic achievements by obtaining a teaching credential from Sonoma State University, and a Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology at California State University Sacramento. As a former middle school teacher and adjunct college professor, Poteracke primarily operated in the construction field during his summer vacations. He began working for himself in the summer of 1997 and after years of teaching and budget cuts he founded Poteracke Landscape Design & Build in 2011 after completing his C27 license to finally become a licensed landscape contractor. Over the years Poteracke has fine tuned his skills to become an elite carpenter, designer, and installer.

Poteracke Landscape Design & Build is ran by a highly ethical, customer-focused owner in Josh Poteracke. Though I have not had the personal experience of using PLD&B's landscape services, I do personally know Josh Poteracke as we were very close friends in college. I have followed his career in the landscaping arena and his work is outstanding. He is a true professional contractor, with high ethical standards, strong moral compass and a focus on perfecting his craft. Poteracke Landscape Design & Build projects are works of art, not just common landscaping jobs!

Josh and his crew did an extensive fencing project on my property. His design ideas were thoughtful and well informed and the execution was meticulous, timely and on budget. I plan to use him again and highly recommend him.

Josh and PJ landscaped my front yard last fall. The bluestone patio is gorgeous with a winding creek bed rolling down my property. My friends say our yard is Better Homes and Garden worthy. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a truly unique and creative yard.
