I had a 6 foot block wall installed surrounding my back yard. I feel like Progressive was reasonably priced for a licensed contractor. I got some quotes that were cheaper but they were not licensed. They were very fast in getting the job done and the wall looks great. From the time I called for a quote to the finished product was about a week and a half. I feel like the quality is there, but it is a new wall so I cannot comment on how it will hold up over time.
The only issue I had is with the cleanup. I found mortar and rocks all over my yard for weeks after the job was done. Also they mixed the mortar in the middle of my grass and must have spilled some on the ground because there was a section in my grass that was covered in dried mortar. I had to break it out with a pick ax and the grass is just starting to grow back. My recommendation would be to have them put a tarp down where they mix unless the area they are working on is not finished. I overlooked these issues because my wall looks great and has been functioning well. I have heard too many stories of contractors taking a deposit and skipping out or taking several weeks to get the job done.

Jonathan was amazing! He was fast and when I had a block fence fall and no other contractors would call back. Jonathan showed up and gave a VERY reasonable estimate. Completed the job with the price of the bid and showed up 2 days earlier then expected. In three days, had the old fence down, rebar set, footer poured, retaining wall built and block fence built on top. His crew worked fast, very professional and left the job site cleaner then they arrived in. I highly recommend Jonathan for any block work.
