    What a disaster!

    We had a terrible experience with Ridgeline Remodeling. We hired them to finish our basement.
    We worked directly with the owner (Steve Smyth). Some of the challenges included:
    Very Limited Project Supervision and poor project management,
    Schedule issues- we were told our project would take 8-10 weeks. 17 weeks into the project it was far from finished.
    Budget and allowance issues- Seemed almost every allowance fell short. We found out some allowances were not just for materials. They were for labor too!!!
    Poor Communication- Our project went bad because we were not able to work through what should have been simple issues.
    We felt our basement project far exceeded their capabilities.

    If you are considering Ridgeline Remodeling, ask them for 3 recent project references similar to yours and follow up on them. We should have.
