Horrible, I wrote a review on his website and he removed it. It was quite lengthy, with photos. I will be short the concrete pad was poured the first time too high and when it rained the basement flooded. The second time he poured the pad it wasn’t thick enough and it didn’t have the correct base or wire. It was 2” higher than basement floor. I’ve had two home inspectors and two attorneys looking at it. The concrete pad under the steps is uneven, the large pad cracked down the middle and is cracking along the house. It was poured April 1 2021, not even a year.
Unfortunately I can’t add photos to this website. Believe me do not use him. The reviews online are friends and family. People use their hard earned money for these projects and they have no regard. Do not use him.

Very unprofessional , rude and lack of knowledge for a so called 'contractor'. I'm talking about a garage slab, let alone if you hire him for a bigger project. he'll show up and act like he's the best and he knows it all, than do a little or no work and ask constantly for money because he 'miscalculated a few things'. Very misleading, I called several time department of buildings to check his story and seemed like each and every time he was caught up on his own lies. He'd say it passed inspection when in fact it didn't as he had to amend the work done. Well , do your self a favor and stay away. If a contractor clams to be the best but can't comprehend the plans /codes of a garage slab although the plans are very clear and the building inspectors went over it explaining it to him probably 3 times, chances are he's in the wrong business. If you still decide to hire him and take chances, make sure you DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU CALL THE INSPECTORS UR SELF (don't go based on his words), MAKE SURE U GET HIS INSURANCE and call the agency to verify that's legit ( not "doctored' -that's the term he used once ). Do NOT let him do any work while your not there. He cuts corners, he damaged 2 fireplaces in my house. I'm a homeowner in LAKE ARIEL, WLE (wallenpaupack lake estates ) and I recently had a terrible experience. next thing on my list it's a lawsuit! Everything done is wrong and he doesn't admit guilt, he blames it on inspectors, while he's the one to blame!!

This Contractor when you first meet seems to be a nice enough person, But, this Contractor will tell you he will call, but instead he will text mail you. Or this Contractor will send you a bid with little to no detail informing you of what you are really paying for, also sent via a text message . Or the lack of showing you the type of material he intends to use, Or follow through with personal contact, then this is your go to Contractor. His price range is in the ball park, but his inability to have the personal sales or professionalism regarding his business is hands down the worst...............Good Luck Rob!
