Our furnace stopped working on a Friday evening, and we called Ron Melrose. We hadn’t worked with him before but feel fortunate that we found him through our online search. He’s the owner of the business, and he showed up at our door on Saturday morning. We were impressed. He proceeded to diagnose the problem and then, when finding the part proved difficult, actually sent us to his competition in hopes of finding the part sooner (it being mid-winter). Now we were really impressed! For that reason, we stuck with Ron until he had the part and fixed the problem. His rates were reasonable, and he never tried to “up sell,” unlike the vendor we contacted to get a competing bid. It’s great to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and easy to work with. We highly recommend Ron Melrose.
