I have called John on two occasions, and both times the service has been stellar. I recently purchased a house in Jersey Village and as part of the inspection it was determined that the zone 2 AC did not work. The first place we called gave a spectacular estimated, recommended replacing all the ductwork, etc, etc. I called John, I was late meeting him and he replaced a small capacitor that he had in his truck and it ran like a champ. He checked all three AC's and charged the freon as needed. The charge was very fair.
The second time I called him a year later it turned out that the breaker on the compressor had tripped. He took the time to show me with out being condenscending and also agreed to fix the drain for the attic AC while he was there. It was probably fortunate that I missed the tripped breaker as over time there was a risk of the water running through the ceiling. Again the charges were very fair.
I plan to have John come out every fall to give the furnace an inspection and in the spring for the AC's. The units are relatively old, and he is now familiar with the system.
Both times he called before he headed out, he showed up on time and waited for me on one occassion. All in all a very positive experience. I would recommend his company without hesitation.
Best Regards,
James Hill
