    I give them a 10 of 10.
    Clean work. Saved my garden in front of my house. Also, saved me the hassle of replacing the street side walk, because originally the trap needed replacing.
    Nice friendly workers that explained each step.
    Was able to do the work at the end of the week, when the first inspection was done on a Monday morning.
    Cleaned up quickly and I had time to finish detail clean up before dark.
    Cost a little more than others, but others could not do the work for at least 2 weeks.
    I would recommend them to anyone that would ask.

    The Philadelphia Roto rooter number I used is 215-466-9067. It's a main number here.
    They came out the following day after I called, accessed the problem, showed me pictures, using their camera into the sewer pipes. I , then I agreed to the work, gave a deposit and they were here by the end of the week to do the work. A little pricey.....but to have it done within less than a week, was worth it. And guaranteed...

    I had other Plummers come out and no one can tell me what was wrong. My outside sewer was backed up so bad it filled up my basement something bad. I called Roto Rooter on a Sunday and they came out that same day. He used the camera equipment. I wish I could remember his name because he was excellent. he showed me every step of the way as the camera was going into the underground sewer and showed me the huge crack I had and how the corrosion buildup literally broke the pipe to wear everything was going to my basement instead of the sewer. I just remembered his name it was John. John told me right from the front it was going to be a hell of a job. He spoke financing options with me and the next day someone contacted me and I was approved to start the job. Also John told me about the financing with no interest for a year. It was very very expensive but they did everything necessary to repair it. They contacted the city utility companies to come out and mark the ground. They put signs up to let my neighbors know. They had to dig up the whole front of my house and inside my basement. But they did it all in one day on the coldest day of that year. I was concerned about how cold it was going to be but they reassured me the job would get done. I had a huge mess afterwards but they did their best to keep the mess at a minimum. The only complaint I have is they relocated access to my sewer to inside my flower bed without telling me. Now if I ever have a backup I have to go on my flower bed to get to the sewer. They thought they were doing me a favor but they really didn't. I would have preferred for it to be on the pavement. Even so my flower bed looks amazing! I would recommend them 100%. Btw, John came out every day to run the snake and prevented the water from going in my basement until they completed the job and there was no extra charge for that. John's professionalism was what sold me on Roto Rooter.
