Casiano yelled at my wife over the phone when she just was calling to follow-up on when they would finish so she could coordinate with Blue Bonnet.
It has been a terrible experience working with Casiano Electric. I don’t recommend them to anyone. They were supposed to coordinate with Blue Bonnet and have a panel installed on our property with everything Blue Bonnet needed to turn on electric at our property. Blue Bonnet has been out twice and has told us it was not done properly. Blue Bonnet has also had to reschedule numerous times due to Casiano not have their job done when they said they would.
Casiano has yet to give us a date of completion. Still hasn’t completed the needed tasks for Blue Bonnet, still hasn’t wired to the water well, and hasn’t set up our rv hookup. It’s been a month since they started and all that’s done is a rack and a pvc pole installed.
