    They did an outdoor patio and some other work for us and it was not a positive experience. Now I discover they have posted 18 pictures of my home on this website without asking me permission. I want them taken down immediately.

    bathroom remodel

    I had a mixed experience with my bathroom remodel. I give them 5 stars for how nice the small team is...however, I give them 2 stars on value/cost and billing practices. They were the highest bid, but I went with them and they thought they would come in under...the scope of work ended up a bit less than outlined in the contract, but they billed even higher than the contracted amount for overruns (I suspect subs billed them higher than bid /contracted amount and crew worked slower than expected, etc). It wasn't time and materials and I didn't need to pay, but paid for much of it as trying to being fair. Some of the work performed was exceptional 5 stars and some was not as instructed or had issues which I was unhappy about. The contractor stops by about daily, but wasn't there all day to monitor the work. All in all, I would suggest that you have a very detailed all inclusive contract with any over runs that must be agreed to in writing by both parties and expectations clearly outlined... and be around to be sure it progresses as expected.

    I got an email from them asking for a time to inspect the job. I sent them a reply email with photos and address. Also told them in the email that I understood the job is not a large one and might be too far away to be worth their time. Haven't heard back from them yet.
