Licensee
I had them install a new unit and air-handler. Warranty meant nothing. The unit had a Freon leak and the employee wrote in the work order that the leak was from their weld site during installation. They took $550.00 from me to fix a warranty issue. I was held hostage as I had to pay or have no A/C. I called the owner Bob to no avail. Now I have to file a small claims action so they don't take advantage of other older people.
Shame on you SAWGRASS!!
