- Building permit records show that Schiller Construction Inc has worked on 187 permitted projects.
I have recommended Schiller construction to other people.
They were very reliable and I thought the workmanship was excellent, they pay attention to the details. Everything has stood the test of time, nothing has fallen apart; there are no leaks or plumbing issues.
We had both our bathrooms redone, one was more straight forward and we were able to get that one done quickly. Keep in mind, I picked out all the tile, fixtures, lights, toilet, sink etc.. before we even tore apart the bathroom.
I also did not do any last minute changes. Our upstairs bathroom took much longer but there we had to change a window and all of the plumbing; this also meant more time lost waiting for an inspection.
One thing that was very nice, the building inspectors seemed to be on good terms with Brett's team (Brian headed up our project); we never had an issue with not passing inspection and they would fit us in fairly quickly because it was just a bathroom.
We are planning to do another larger project and we will probably just call up Brett and get his ideas/quote and then go with him.
