We needed a New AC unit installed for which we call Scott Hale the scheduled appointment which was told to us over the phone was not the time they had scheduled. instead it was the day after when they had told us in the afternoon and not the morning. the installer didn't seem to know what he was doing instead he was always on the phone asking his supervisor what to do.
3weeks after the installation the unit began to quit we called them since it is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee parts and labor they sent someone out and the technician said that the unit was wired wrong and the fan had burned out because of it. we were told it would be the next morning till they could fix it. ok the next day came and went so we called back.... they sent another tech out who did little more than try to blame it on a dirty filter he reset the unit and we replaced the filter... next day it won't run again!!! still having issues getting anyone who knows what they are doing to look at it. all this with temps nearing 100 and a 72 year old woman living in the home..
