Customer BEWARE! Agreed Matt R. Two stars is a gift indeed. If you need/want your home restored and this company is your only option, then I advise moving! I was told things left and right by the workers and they did not deliver nor stand behind their word, denying everything when called on it. They LITERALLY threw my belongings around (piling it on a bed they shoved to the side of the room) and broke several value pieces of expensive art. I tried talking with Jason who claimed to be a manager but he was nothing but rude and unprofessional. He had absolutely NO INTEGRITY! He would not stand behind his word nor the actions and words of his employees. He would not provide me with the owners information and refused to talk with me, made unwarranted claims and threw psychobabble out with misrepresentation and without regard. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I simply cannot say enough to give you concern when thinking of using STOP Restoration of Portland's services, except STOP STOP STOP and run the other way!
