I had my non-leaking roof replaced by Shelton several years ago, THAT roof has leaked every year since. Shelton has attempted to repair it several times, but failed. I finally asked the owner to repair it correctly, and he refused, saying it might be the design of the house. I filed a complaint with the BBB (you can see the details on the BBB website). I've since contacted a contractor, two roofers and the maker of the roofing material, and they all indicated that Shelton used the wrong underlayment. THAT is why it leaks, and THAT is why he refuses to fix it correctly. Long story short, do NOT use this company if you want a dry interior. If you enjoy soggy drywall and mold issues then Brett Shelton Roofing is your go to company.
