Sherlock Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Aaron and Rebecca Sherlock in 2002, but its true history began in 1994 when Aaron began his HVAC career in Encinitas.
After 8 years of experience working in the industry as an installer, service technician and eventually a comfort consultant, Aaron opened Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning. At the heart of this new venture was the commitment to always provide the highest quality products, service, and installation to the client.
Since 2002, the size of the staff has grown from 2 to more than 30, but the founding inspiration remains unchanged. Our mission is to provide ideal comfort to our clients while fostering personal and professional growth within our team. Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning has continued to pair top quality products with best-in-class service, and is proud to have served thousands of happy clients throughout San Diego County.
