Needed chain link fence for containment of my dog. On November 30, 2020, I checked internet and found the 'top three' fence companies in the city. I called each one to see about getting an estimate. The person I talked to at the first company said they could provide an estimate over the phone if I got them the amount of fencing I needed, plus the number and size of gates. I was also told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get to me. The next day I texted "Marvin" with the information requested. As I write this it's now two weeks later and I have yet to hear back! I called the second company and was told "Luke" would get back with me. Now, two weeks later and I have yet to hear back! I called the third company, Southwest Fence. Two days later the owner visited me and looked at the project... 200 feet of fencing with three gates. The next day he called me with estimate. On the following day, a Friday, I accepted his bid. I thought it was very reasonable. On Monday two enthusiastic workers show up and begin the job. They finished up the next day. Fence looks great. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for the first two companies to contact me... I'd like to tell them the fence is up! I was very, very satisfied with Southwest Fence.
