Potential pool owners BEWARE. It took over a year to get our pool installed and it is still not complete. The owner, Ryan, is who we deal with and has been a complete NIGHTMARE. There are several broken things that have not been completed or addressed and we cannot get a call back from him to
come back and fix the issues. Huge stain in plaster and crooked pavers. When we text him he either does not respond or sends threatening texts to “not bother him”. He even threaten us with an additional 20k bill
If we bothered him by asking to come back! He is inconsistent, unprofessional and unstable and I NOBODY deserves the HORRIBLE treatment that we have received as clients. He says he has been in the business for years and prides himself on his reputation and service. That he has a strong client base that adore him. FALSE. WE have checked.
DO NOT consider working with him. You will be extremely disappointed. -

If I could give no stars I would. After two years of him rarely showing up to work on our pool we finally finished the pool ourselves. Please look for a reliable pool builder and save yourself a lot of money and frustration.

Consumer Beware: He is not a licensed pool contractor in the state of TX. Sadly, pool contractors do not have to be licensed. He was and is a total nightmare. He left us with a leak in the pool after he told us he had done plexiglass project before, well now it's leaking. He told me he was upside down on our project because of increased cost in 2025. He tried to fix the seal with white obnoxious caulk from "Australia" his words, and it's still leaking. He said he would fix It and now he's gone. Won't return my calls, texts or email. Please research your contractors. He was referred to us by the CEO of a home builder so we thought we'd be ok. False! He deserves 0 stars for communication, craftsmanship and organization.
