    window replacement
    $1,900

    OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country. Very highly recommended.

    Had a great experience with this company, especially installers, Miguel, Manuel and Juan. Clean, professional and prompt. New, very large, patio door installed. Looks amazing!

    Inadequate installation of doors. Lower quality than anticipated. Damaged flooring inside of house and tried to leave the job with damaged screens.

    Windows and Security Door

    Purchased Simonton Windows and Titan Security Door from them. I am extremely pleased with this company! They kept me informed throughout the process, kind, courteous, and cleaned up when they were done. Prices were beyond fair! I don't believe these other negative postings.

    Install Complete New Door , Security Door , and Install all Locks

    Lowes contracted Southwest Door and Sash Inc. to install a door , security door , and locks for me . The man arrived December 15th to do the work . A few hours later as he was finishing up , I noticed that when the door was closed sunlight was coming thru the top , and all along the side of the door. I immediately ask the installer about it and he states that I need " Bigger Pads " . Along with that , the door threshold SQUEAKS LOUDLY when stepped on . Anyways , He informs me that he will order the parts and come back to install them . Well , 3 weeks later and he never returns . Apparently I " Fell Thru The Cracks" and was forgotten . 4 1/2 weeks after the original install , the owner Stephen arrives and tells me that he doesn't have the correct part and will need to come back the following week after the correct part is received . Well , He comes back the following week , does some work , and leaves . The threshold still squeaks very loudly , and LIGHT STILL SHINES THRU MY CLOSED DOOR. And this was the OWNER himself that came to fix ? And he found this acceptable ?? That speaks volumes about the owner himself and his work ethic . Lowes has now hired another contactor to come out and fix . Which will be done later today . Lowes has told me that Southwest Door and Sash Inc. is no longer being contracted by them . So if you like the sunlight to shine thru your closed door , or enjoy taking time off to be at home for multiple appointments , or just appreciate good ol lip service , then by all means this is the company for you .

    New patio door
    $3,500

    I waited for over three months to have my patio door installed. Sw doors cancelled my installation date by giving me an excuse about not having anyone on my install date. They waited until the exact time and date to cancel me. I will never use these people again

    Window they installed has leaked since Installation. Made three attempts to fix it without success. They don't stand behind their work. Have stopped replying to my phone calls.

    Just recently added new front and back doors, security doors, and new closet doors to a rental home we have. Southwest Door and Sash were so professional and did a fabulous job. I could genuinly feel that they were honest, good guys. I would recommend them to anyone.
