I bought a property in March 2016 and realized that the a/c was not working in May. Repair person sent out via home warranty insurance found that there was one part not properly installed with the other a/c equipment back in 2012-13. I was advised to go back to the original installer, STRAIGHT A CONTRACTING, to have this corrected. I called and left a message regarding the need for a/c repair service and received a return phone call within 2 hours. Unfortunately after explaining the details behind the call, the requested corrective action has not happened. I am not sure if this is a one man operation or not - - but there was no follow-up support to really get the job done. I had to hire someone else to do something that should have been done right when it was installed and should have been still under warranty.

    Do not trust

Required money for a component prior to installation. Money was paid, but part was never delivered or installed for several weeks. Requested refund. Weeks later and still no refund, just excuses. Also, the HIC# on official paperwork is inactive/expired. Promises refund, but won't actually give one.
