I'd rate them no stars if it let me. Summit was responsible for the fixture and lamp selection for the security lights within our community. The subsequent light intensity generated is entirely inappropriate for an already safe residential community and speaks to either their complete inexperience with modern lighting, or their profound fear of darkness. The ability to read a newspaper at night over 40 feet from the light source would not constitute "security light" in even the broadest of definitions. It is simply inappropriate industrial lighting imposed on a residential community.
