ATC started work on an addition to our home in August 2017. Charlie Webster (ownerj was to act as general contractor and oversee all work which was to be finished w/n 120 days. He constantly asked for payment for phantom work. It is now late February 2018. We have a huge hole in the front yard, half-poured footers (what inspector approved that?) and in general, a giant expensive mess! BEWARE!
