Bob Maietta could not possibly be more professional and accomodating. My first time of business with him was over 7 years ago. His estimate was so much lower than any other the first time working with him that I did not bother with getting estimates when I needed my roof repaired following the hail storms of May, 2022. 10 stars on a scale of 1-5 from me. If you wish to work with someone of honor, integrity, and trust; I would suggest starting with Bob. You will find no need to search any further.

The job was well done. There was quite a few rotting areas on my steps and Kevin did a great job fixing them. The support post was also done well with Kevin even buying a new machine so he could finish the post like I wanted. I would have liked him to replace one whole board on my railing we talked about since the side he didn't harden up was found to be rotted as soon as I started prepping to paint.

It was a pleasure working with Bob and the crew, they did an amazing job with a quick tear down and the siding looks awesome. They were very fairly priced compared to other bids we had and it ended up being better material and quality then we even expected! Would definitely use them again!

Bob was very knowledgable in dealing with my insurance company. Overall, Temo made my experience having to make a claim, much easier to deal with and the final outcome of the work was great. The new roofing and siding was done in 4 days and looks awesome.

As a condition of selling our home, my wife and I needed to have it re-sided. We solicited bids from several Twin Cities area contractors; of the bids we received, Temo’s was the lowest. However, it wasn’t just the price that made us decide to hire Temo. The owner (Bob) answered all of our questions patiently and assured us that Temo could complete our job before the date we needed it done. Bob made us feel comfortable hiring Temo and we are glad we decided to do so.

The siding crew arrived precisely on time and were amazing to watch. They were hard-working, professional and courteous. At one point, Bob called to explain to us that the job was going to take a little longer than originally thought, due to the way the previous contractor had (improperly) sided the home. Bob walked us through the problem, offered a couple of solutions, and suggested a course of action that cost very little and resulted in a sharp-looking home. Somehow, Temo was able to complete our siding work ahead of schedule and, most importantly, we ended up with a terrific-looking home. Several neighbors came over to comment upon how great the house looked and our realtor was also impressed.

The combination of price, quality and level of service delivered by Temo was extraordinary. We have no hesitation recommending Temo to family and friends.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years. I speak from experience when I say Temo is one of the best around. I know their siding work to be the best I’ve seen. They don’t cut corners and do everything the right way. City inspector was very impressed too. I recommend them to everyone I can. Bob and Katie are great to deal with and I know that Temo is truly one of the best contractors around for all your home improvement needs.
