    Build House

    Took the building loan money without doing the work. We were out of state and should not have trusted him. Had to get a new builder and it added about $40,000 to our cost. Tried to sue to recover costs but he filed bankruptcy. Worst experience ever.

    Renner Design group, LLC is a terrible business. I had a terrible experience with the Renner Design Group, LLC. It took Mr. Rodney Renner well over 7 months to complete a couple of week's worth of project and it was not done right. I would not recommend Renner Design Group,LLC to anyone.

    Stay away from Renner, google his name if needed

    Feel free to google the name Rodney Renner and/or Renner companies. It will tell you all you need to know. Rodney does not finish any of his projects. He refuses to pay sub contractors therefore leaving customers with no work being done. Rip off artist. Hired to do a garage and had liens placed on my house by several sub contractors. Rodney refused to finish the job and blamed the guys he didn't pay. Worst contractor ever??
