    The freon that the owner (Benny) put in the Aircon Condenser all leaked the next day. According to his diagnosis, our condenser did not have a leak. He pushed me to buy his aircon condenser (off-brand) with cash. The Contractor's License Board advised the customers not to pay cash. He did a bait and switch by pushing me to buy an off-brand condenser with cash to give me a credit of the money for the freon that was leaked. With 5-year guarantee against freon leakage, he should give me money back for the loss of the freon instead.

    From my experience with them, I would suggest going elsewhere. We did not get what we were told and unfortunately can't find the original paper work with the quote and services promised. Long story short had to call them back a month or so ago and they want to charge us to come out and reinspect something that may or may not be an issue. I personally don't feel I should have to pay for them to inspect their own work. Plus the workers were not very professional as far as cleaning up after themselves, we had nails in the driveway and insulation in our front yard we had to clean up when they were done.
