Worst experience in building I have ever dealt with. The workers came close to dark and in the rain. They worked quickly and left. They didn't attach a 30 ft down spot and forgot to put on a gutter. I called the next day when we inspected the work and I called. I said it was close to dark trying to give them an excuse and the fellow said he would be out to fix. 5 phone calls later including a hang up on my wife and the guy calling me an XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I still could not get them to come out and fix it. He even said they weren't coming out because of the cost of them to travel out to my house from Huntington. So basically we paid them to do a job they didn't finish andade excuse after excuse to not come out and fix. I have never spoken to a more unprofessional person in my life than the fellow that answers the phone. I have 20 plus employees in my business and I would have fires that person on the spot if I heard him talk to someone like he did.
