Uniquity Builders Construction

Uniquity Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company. William Reed (Bill), our President, became a licensed General Contractor in 1985, while working for AT&T. He spent 26 years in their Construction Project Management Division. Bill managed the designing and building of the AT&T Center at Pleasanton, a one million square foot facility. He also managed the remodeling and construction of buildings in 13 states.

Sandy Reed is our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Secretary. She also worked for AT&T and the Bell System (where she and Bill met at Indiana Bell) for 24 years. Sandy is multi-faceted and has worked in various venues including office administration, personnel management, budgeting, supervisory capacities, as well as being a Website Designer, Copywriter and Marketing Consultant. She is also a Licensed California Realtor.

Bill Reed III, has been working in the family business for over 20 years and is highly skilled in all facets of the construction industry. He is a major asset to the corporation.

Bill and Sandy have been married for 40 years. They are the proud parents of three children, and have eight grandchildren ranging in age from 9 years to 21 years old. Bill and Sandy enjoy riding their Harley Trike, playing golf, and visiting their timeshare in Palm Desert where they enjoy lots of West Coast Swing dancing and relaxing.

After living in Arnold, snow country, for 11 years, they currently enjoy living in beautiful Valley Springs with their two canine companions, Toby (Golden Retriever) and Corky (Pembrooke Welsh Corgi), and their cat, Sunny.
