We have owned 7 homes and our LS Custom Home is by far our favorite. Many things go into a remarkable home and we feel that the following areas are where Connie and Larry Stewart, their staff and subcontractors really differentiate themselves from the competition: -Innovative and Design Forward Floor Plan and Finish Out. The level of design and finish out in our home is at the level of houses costing significantly more. Connie Stewart is a fantastic help on selections and a huge resource for us. -Quality Construction. The subcontractors who worked on our home have long term relationships with the Stewarts and are the best around. -Energy Efficiency. Our home has amazing energy efficiency providing real savings on our energy bills. -Warranty Service. We had so little to address during our warranty period because of the quality control done by Larry Stewart, Ross Stewart and Nick Schepis. The few minor items on our list were addressed quickly. -The Nice Factor. Connie and Larry Stewart are just plain nice to deal with. Home building can be daunting and stressful so we count the Nice Factor as the added bonus in our overall pleasurable experience with our home.Jan

How BuildZoom's Bid Tool Works
BuildZoom has one simple purpose: To help you find the perfect contractor.
How we do this is more complicated. BuildZoom is a database of every licensed contractor in the United States. We work hard to figure out who the great contractors are, and who the bad contractors are.
BuildZoom combines license information on 3.5 million contractors with 70 million building permits, and over a million reviews from homeowners and the Better Business Bureau.
If you are looking for a specific contractor and you can’t find them on BuildZoom, it’s likely that they do not have a license - please contact us and we’ll try to help!

Homeowners who hire through BuildZoom's free bidding system report high rates of satisfaction, and homeowners who research contractors online are twice as likely to be happy at the end of their project.

Why should I trust BuildZoom
We built this site to help people find great contractors, and to help people avoid bad contractors. We take this incredibly seriously, and we have a zero tolerance policy for contractors who don’t adhere to our standards.
1 million people use BuildZoom every month. Our business depends on their trust.
If a contractor does poor work, they will no longer receive leads from BuildZoom, and a negative review will be posted on their profile.
