Recently my parents had work done by Upscale Contractors. They came to and worked on replacing gas and water pipes in basement and bathroom. They also installed a hot water tank and cleaned out the exhaust and check the stove. My parents was very pleased with the work that was done however, what I am finding with to many contractors dealing with the elderly they do not follow up properly in regards to the last request that was made. Several calls was made to them and their response was they will be right out and they never came. Because of this another contractor had to be hired to perform the last task. Although they was very satisfied with the work it would have been even better if they took the time to be a bit more professional and followed up with the customer last request and not promise to come out and never show up. I am a firm believer of customer service and how the customer is treated after the work is done and the company follow ups as well. Since the job was not completed it is very hard to give this company a high mark even though what was done was very satisfactory to my parents.
