They failed to repair the fence, they couldn't even negotiate a fair settlement, so we had to exercise our right to have it fixed and paid a contractor to make the necessary repairs. We let them know that since the contractors fees for repairs were more than there services we considered it to be a wash. They have now tried to bully us into paying them in full, completely ignoring the fact that we paid for the repairs made due to their negligence. Complete lack of customer services, integrity and professionalism!
