Cascading Falls Inc. did an incredible job on our full backyard project! From the initial design to the irrigation, concrete, sod, and plants, their team handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. They were great to work with throughout the entire process—always showing up on time and keeping us informed every step of the way.

David Shelly and his team transformed our backyard into our vision. He listened to our wants and needs and full filled our expectations! Our water feature is the jewel of the backyard. We had an excellent experience with Cascading Falls.

We really enjoyed doing business with Cascading Falls, Inc. From the planning and design stage to the final finish for both our front yard lighted steps and our backyard. There are always issues encountered as you get into landscaping projects. But David and Scott are good listeners and work through challenges very well. I really like their design ideas and we can't be happier. Our yard will only become more attractive and useful as the trees and shrubs mature. Highly recommend.

We were interested in pouring a patio/sports court on our sloped property and adding a fire pit area. David (owner) was very nice and talented. He was confident in his assessment of our potential ideas and quickly identified how he would bring in equipment, supplies, estimated time needed to accomplish the work, etc. His email and phone communication were fantastic. David's workers were very pleasant, respectful and were not excessively loud. I was impressed by the way they cleaned up after themselves. I never found 1 piece of garbage in my yard and they literally swept and/or blew off walkways every single day they worked! We appreciated the relationship David had with his concrete subcontractor ("Concrete Dave"), these two worked very well together. Once everything was framed I realized I would like an extra piece of concrete added, I sheepishly asked if they could make the adjustment and they hopped right to it without a grumble or complaint. We are extremely happy with the end product, the price and the entire experience. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Our backyard needed a good amount of work and was unusable. We got multiple bids from different landscapers. We ultimately moved forward with Cascading Falls because we felt comfortable with David(the owner) and they also had one of the best estimates. David and his crew did an amazing job of bringing our vision to life, while also giving us advice along the way.

David Shelly and his crew from Cascading Falls landscaping did an awesome job on our front yard landscaping. We had ideas of what we wanted and they made those ideas come to reality. They were easy to deal with, always on time and fulfilled their commitments in a timely manner. They were extremely responsive to any concerns we had and provided many suggestions or alternatives for our concerns. We are 100% pleased with their work and work ethics. We recommend that you consider this company for your next project. We will definitely use them again for any further landscaping.

I cannot say enough about David and his entire team. From the moment I met with Daniel for the estimate I knew this was the company that we wanted to work with. My husband and I had a general idea of what we wanted for our backyard however this was our first time going through the process. David outlined everything and helped guide us to make the decisions we needed to make along the way. His team was always on time and very professional. After seeing different landscapers come through our new construction neighborhood I was reminded that we picked the best one. Every night they cleaned up everything. They never impacted our neighbors by leaving equipment or materials out on the street or our driveway. I have been recommending them to everyone that asks because I know they will make your backyard dreams come true no matter the size of the yard or budget.

These guys did a great job. Showed up on time day of estimate. I was provided a detailed estimate at the time they came out. No waiting for weeks to hear back. David does a great job of walking you through the work and presenting pros and cons of different options. Workers were very respectful and conscientious. They all took pride in the work and wanted it to look great. David also took time to explain the sprinkler system and set the timer with recommendations. They went beyond the work in the estimate and stayed within the original estimate. Very happy with the job!

The company is extremely busy but worth the wait. Mine was a relatively small job and I could hardly get any contractors to respond to my voice or emails. Dave provided a detailed bid and helped me make some decisions about things I had questions about. The work is top notch, they moved all associated lawn sprinklers, drip lines, and plumbing. The crew was professional, courteous, punctual, and cleaned up everything very nicely when they were finished. Some of the lawn that was dug up was replaced with new sod and they even removed and replaced several square feet of adjacent grass that were looking shabby for no extra charge. I could not be happier with the service or final product.

I called several landscapers to get quotes to have my back yard redone and made more drought tolerant. The bids were all close in dollar amount, but I liked David's ideas and attitude the best. The job was done in the time frame I asked for, and did even more than I expected. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day. Everything is now on a drip or sprinkler system and is very low maintenance. A month later I had a leak in one of the sprinkler controls and David sent someone out immediately to fix it.

I needed landscaping on a 1 acre parcel. Cascading Falls provided the following services: grading with a tractor, weed barrier placement, large rock placement ditch digging, irrigation system, concrete curbing, hauling, bark and decomposed granite placement, tree planting, plant planting-full service landscaping from scratch.

My experience with David and the crew from Cascading Falls was excellent. David was very punctual, and approached everything with a positive attitude. He worked with us on a phased approach, and was very easy to work with when we made changes to the original plan. He crew was polite, professional, and open to listening when we asked for little extra things. Throughout the project, we had several "course corrections"; David was never rattled and responded to our requests very professionally. I would definitely use him again! I highly recommended David and Cascading Falls.

David and his Cascading Falls crew completed our front yard drought resistant landscaping and backyard redesign, including moss rock retaining wall, full drip system, plantings, and landscape lighting. All aspects of our experience using Cascading Falls was excellent; prompt communication, accurate cost estimates, and very reasonable pricing compared to other estimates we received.

We are completely satisfied with the results and with the project turn around time. Additionally, I was very impressed with David's consistently quick responses to our questions either via email or phone, in my previous experience with other contractors I was lucky if I ever got a call back. In short, David is a stand up guy to do business with and in my opinion more contractors should take lessons from him.

David and his crew were professional, clean, efficient, showed up when they said they would, and did quality work at competitive price. I highly recommend them.

We are so pleased with Cascading Falls. They completely removed (and disposed of) our old sod and landscaping, repaired/replaced our irrigation, and put in new sod and plants. David is very personable and professional and we have a lot of respect for him and his crew. David is responsive and punctual. His crew is hard working and did a great job. I especially appreciate that David was flexible and willing to work with us in choosing plants for the landscape and helped us fine tune placement. I highly recommend Cascading Falls and will use them again when we decide to work on the back yard.

Our backyard was destroyed and uneven after we put in an inground pool this summer. We got three bids on landscaping and not only did we like David's price the best, we also liked him as a person. We have dealt with many contractors over the last three months and Daivd is the ONLY one who has shown up when he said he would or called/emailed when he promised. He was onsite everyday to answer any questions we had. He provided ideas that he thought would work in our backyad. Once all plants/trees were picked, we "staged them" in the backyard before the digging began. Overall, it was a great process! No complaints! Great guy! Fantastic backyard!

Dave did some sprinkler work for us and installed a garden several years ago! We had a problem with a sprinkler and called David & told him about the problem. He trouble shot the problem over the phone and fixed the problem during that call. He is really excellent in all his work as you can see from his other reviews. Oh - even though we wanted to pay him for his phone time he refused saying he only charges if he has to drive to the location. Very honorable indeed!

David has done work for us in the past, and we have always been pleased. He contacts us if he needs to reschedule and finishes projects on time. He always gives us an estimate so there are no surprises. Had him check the sprinklers this spring on our acre property. He is efficient and quick with sprinkler repairs and replacements . He is easy to contact and always sends pre-estimates via e-mail.

David recently completed a patio project for us and we are thrilled with the final product! They did a lot of general yard clean up, some grading, and a 450 square foot concrete patio. The patio looks amazing! We've used it twice already and have received more compliments on it than we can count. David responds to emails and phone calls promptly, his prices are fair, and he and his crew are always professional and courteous. We intend to hire Cascading Falls again next year to complete our backyard project, and we highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a landscaping company.

David is a great contractor and very professional. He is always on time and is very flexible with his schedule. I would recommend him and his great crew to anyone looking for a hardworking landscaper.

David was a delight to work with. He did everything he said he would do at a fair price. Most of all, he listened! That's a rare commodity in today's business world. When I was ready to have my backyard sod installed, Cascading Falls re-arranged their schedule to accomdate my request within a matter of days. The work was completed on time and professionally. They were also able to answer all the myriad of questions I had about the lawn and ongoing care with a great deal of knowledge.

Our irrigation system was in dire need of attention. David of Cascading Falls came out & did all the repairs/replacements needed. It would have taken us more than a weekend to do what David was able to do in a few hours. We highly recommend Cascading Falls to anyone looking for someone to get their watering system in order.

I hired Cascading Falls to redo the my front yard sod and landscaping which was pretty much all weeds at this point. David was excellent in explaining what he was going to need do and also gave some good recommendations for accent plants and shrubs. The front of the house has never looked better. I will definitely be using cascading falls for my future landscaping needs in the future. We used David Shelly of Cascading Falls on June 15, 2011 to rearrange, adjust and add a few sprinklers to our front yard. Prior to his visit he promptly sent us a scope of work and a cost estimate for our review as well as a timeline when he could be there to do the installation. The day before his arrival he called us to let us know when he would arrive.

On the day of the installation he showed up promptly on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. All work was completed in a workmanlike manner and it was hardly noticeable that he had disturbed the lawn.
We would highly recommend him for any lawn sprinkler installations that may be needed.
