REFERENCE: Team Texas Construction, LLC
Our roof was damaged by the last hailstorm that blew through our area. We called the insurance company and the adjustor came out and we found out that it wasn’t just the roof that needed repair, but also a number of other things damaged by the hail.
1. Garage doors
2. Shutters
3. Leaded glass window
4. Three double pane windows
5. Gutters
6. Inside repair of a wall that was damaged by the rain that came with the hail.
It was our luck that one of the many representatives who came by to talk to us about our roof was James Bateman, of Team Texas Construction.
Knowing everything that needed to be done, I was really dreading the thought of contacting repair people to handle all of the other repairs and of course the roof too.
We chose James Bateman to do the roof, and much to our surprise and delight he took charge of the situation, arranged and scheduled professionals to do all of the side work that needed to be done.
His company did an excellent job on the roof and met all of the adjustor’s concerns. James directed the crew in the replacement of the roof and the clean up afterwards.
James kept us informed about who the professionals were going to be, when they would be there, and what work they would be doing. He made sure that he was at the house each time a professional came to introduce us, let us know what to expect and what it would look like when the repair was complete.
I t was such a great benefit to us to have someone pull all of this together for us. I work full time and my husband is retired and not in good health, so I don’t know how we could have managed all of this it had not been for James and his company.
If you have hail damage or any other damage, you could not find a better or more equipped person to handle the situation. I hope that we don’t have to go through this again, but it will be a relief knowing that we can call James and he will take care of everything, professionally and leave our residence and grounds looking like it did before, or even better. Thank you very much.
