Support Post Installation
3 vertical posts need to be installed carefully as 3 old ones (which have water damage and rot) are removed. These 3 posts enclose a porch and support a small attic room with a roof above. I suspect the structural support of the screen porch and room/roof above would benefit from 2 more supports being added where the porch connects to the brick facade of the house. Please price out as an additional/optional scope of the project.
